The Bikini Collective caters to fashion-forward individuals who appreciate high-quality beachwear with unique designs from our collaborations with Disney, AS Roma, Britto, and other premium brands. Our customers value both style and comfort in their swimwear and beach accessories.

2. Website Use & Intellectual Property

2.1 User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases
• Provide accurate account and payment information
• Do not misuse our site for fraudulent activities
• Respect all copyrights and trademarks of our brand partners (Disney, Coca-Cola, AS Roma, etc.)

• All designs, logos, and content are property of The Bikini Collective or our licensors
• Collaboration items (Disney, Crypto Puppets®, etc.) contain protected intellectual property
• Unauthorized reproduction of designs is strictly prohibited

3. Products & Services

3.1 Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately represent our:

• Premium beachwear and swimwear collections
• Limited edition collaborations (CO-LABS, Diabolik, etc.)
• Brand partnership items (Disney, Aperol®, etc.)

Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Please refer to size charts for accurate measurements.

3.2 Availability

Some items like our FAMILY COLLECTION or special collaborations may have limited availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if items become unavailable.

4. Ordering & Payment

4.1 Placing Orders

• Orders constitute an offer to purchase at listed prices
• We confirm orders via email upon receipt
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason

5.2 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote areas.

5.3 Delivery Issues

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Our Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

• Unworn, unwashed with tags attached
• In original condition with all packaging

3. Ship items to our Miami address (provided with authorization)

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

We’re not liable for delays beyond our control (customs, weather, etc.).
